Run Club*

Have you always dreamed of crossing the finish line of a race, but aren't sure where to start? Are you unsure of how to get back into running after having a baby? Our Running Club is a great way to start! It is intended for all levels of experience and speeds - EVERYONE is welcome!

Each Run Club session provides the following:

  • A weekly training plan, that will periodize your training so you build up your mileage gradually, with a 5K, 10K, and half marathon option
  • Informative talks on running related subjects, such as: proper form; hydration/fuel; shoes; stretching; injury prevention
  • A private, closed Facebook group for all participants
  • Weekly Saturday group runs
  • Don't forget, kids in strollers are welcome!
Sessions run through the year! On a personal note, for as much of an impact FIT4MOM has had on my life, this is probably my very favorite program. Joining a FIT4MOM Run Club 6 years ago is how I found my very own tribe of runners, and is what got me on the marathon road (both literally and figuratively). I could never have guessed that one simple signup could turn out to be so life changing, and I am so excited to share this program with other new runners!!
