Stroller Barre

What exactly is Stroller Barre? It's a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga, and our stroller based workouts. The hallmark of the Barre format is that it incorporates a lot of low and slow work, holds, pulses, and of course ballet-inspired moves. It's a great opportunity to get in a workout that has a significant workout on form, balance, and core work. Stroller Barre has a unique format and is a great way to change up your workout! Moms frequently ask what makes Stroller Barre different from Stroller Strides. While we still incorporate our signature "Fun for Baby" elements and "travelling" format, with Stroller Strides you may see plyometric movements and a lot of cardio work, and with Stroller Barre there is much less emphasis on cardio and impact movements. It's a great way to get your muscles burning!
